Chairman of the Board Mr. Williams, who holds an MBA from Queen's university and a DCL from Bishop's
University, has had a distinguished 30 year career in the investment counselling
industry, retiring as Chairman of Beutel Goodman in 1995. He is President
of Roxborough Holdings, a private investment company, and serves on the
Boards of a number of public companies. David Williams became a director
of Bennett Environmental in 2002 and was appointed chairman in 2004.
