Holistic Impax Group The Team Kathleen Reil, (M.A.) will act as the project director. She has over fifteen years experience in environmental research and environmental assessment. As the sole sociologist at the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, she drafted social impact assessment guidelines and formally reviewed the socio-cultural component of over 100 individual EAs. In addition, she has analyzed over 150 Class EAs. Jane Reil, (M.A. LL.B. and Ph.D. (abd)) will act as the project manager. She has been involved in large scale social science surveys and their analysis. She has over twenty years of research experience nine of which have been in the environmental area. Jane has conducted large scale surveys for clients such as the North American Alliance for Higher Education and Enterprise, IBM Canada, Bank of Canada, Health Canada. John Stone (M.A. Ph.D. (abd)) will act as the project advisor. John has over twelve years experience in environmental research and projects. As a cultural anthropologist, much of John's work has been in involved in the perception of environmental risk, risk perception mapping and the management of risk.
