Prior to joining Highlands Capital in 2009, Mr. J. Mark MacDonald was Managing Director of C.A. Bancorp Inc. starting in 2006. The company provided equity and mezzanine debt financing to private and public companies. Prior to 2006, Mr. MacDonald wsa a Vice-President of Teachers' Private Capital, the equity and mezzanine debt branch of the Ontario Teacher's Pension Plan Board.
