Mr. Haber, currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Bennett Environmental Inc., spent nine years as a senior executive in the financial services industry, preceded by a 15 year career as a corporate and securities lawyer. He is currently a Director of Hamilton Capital Partners Inc., a Canadian privately owned asset management firm specializing in investing in banks and financial services companies. Prior to February 2009, Mr. Haber spent three years in a number of executive positions with DundeeWealth Inc., including Executive Vice-President and Co-Head of Dundee Capital Markets and Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer of Dundee Securities Corporation. Prior to this, Mr. Haber spent five years as the Executive Vice-President, Corporate Development and Governance of National Bank Financial Inc. Prior to 2001, Mr. Haber was a lawyer and partner in the Toronto law firm of Fogler, Rubinoff LLP for fifteen years, where his practice included extensive experience in a wide range of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities regulatory and general corporate matters. He is a past member of the Securities Advisory Committee to the Ontario Securities Commission, and has served as a director and trustee of several public, private and nonprofit companies and agencies, as well as on various securities industry committees. Mr. Haber holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science from the University of Toronto and an LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, Toronto.
